3.0− Die Haustür war immer offen und die Wohnungstür war wie bei einem eingebrochenen Haus. Man konnte sie aber abschließen. Die Steckdosen waren teilweise aus der Wand herraushängend und die Klimaanlagen waren nicht in allen Zimmern und nicht alle funktionierend so wie am Anfang angekündigt. Ein Regal war mit einem Löffel und ein Messer befestigt und Kabel hingen aus einer Decke raus. Die Lage war nicht so gut. Wir sind am Abend angekommen und kein sicheren Gefühl in der Wohnung gehabt.

8.0Laba atrašanās vieta. Blakus lielveikals, turpat gājēju iela ar visām iespējamajām izklaidēm. Numuram pa perimetru liels balkons.
− Viss nedaudz nolietojies. Velams būtu atjaunot. Trīs istabās palikām trīs pāri. Uz tik lielu cilvēku skaitu būtu nepieciešamas divas labietīcības.
