HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Severe Health Hazards, False Advertising & Security Breaches! DO NOT STAY HERE! TOTAL SCAM AND HEALTH HAZARD!Our stay at the Hamilton Cabin was an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival, the cabin was filthy, the beds were completely unmade with dirty, foul-smelling linen, and we found BED BUGS (ploșnițe) in the bed! There was human hair (including pubic hair) woven into the towels, the bathroom radiator was completely rusted with peeling enamel, and the kitchen bin was missing its lid/liner, leaving open waste.FALSE ADVERTISING & NOISE: The description on Booking.com is a complete lie. There was NO air conditioning (AC), NO jacuzzi, and NO washing machine. The indoor temperature reached a dangerous 37°C. The staff ignored us, so we spent 3 days running around to buy a fan from our own money just to survive inside. To make things worse, workers were constantly mowing the lawn right outside, creating non-stop noise and disturbing us throughout our entire stay. We also noticed they manipulate availability; cabins appear "fully booked" on the app but are completely empty. This is deceptive marketing.SEVERE SECURITY BREACH & HARASSMENT: At 8:00 PM, a stranger (a former guest) approached us on our private terrace, claiming he lost his cat. Later, at 11:30 PM, the same individual trespassed onto our locked terrace in the dark, moved our furniture, and left an open, smelly cat food can on our outdoor table, severely terrifying us.ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: We reported these health and safety emergencies to the reception. The receptionist, ZOE, was completely unhelpful, dismissed our complaint, and lazily told us that the Site Manager, Kate, would call us. Nobody ever called, and we were left completely ignored.WE DEMAND A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. We have full evidence—including photos, videos, and receipts—which we are ready to provide.

Love Lee Valley. Been a few times now. The peaky pods are great for the two of us but I wouldn't say 4 could stay comfortably. But for 2 great at a very good price. Right on the river. The pub & cafe nearby are both great. Daughter lives in Hoddesdon so will be back!

− I would like a proper shop for milk, bread etc. Haven't camped as such so not sure if other things would be useful.

Beds uncomfy. Couldn’t get into the gates my code was forever not working the pod was hot at hell at night!
