7.0Posizione strategica per arrivare in qualunque punto dell’isola. Veranda ampia con tavolo e sedie. Cucina grande. Cura in alcuni pezzi dell’arredamento.
− Pulizia della struttura sommaria e poco curata. Gatti abituati ad entrare in casa. Rumore della strada provinciale vicina.
