10.0Si pudiéramos darle un 12 sobre 10, lo haríamos sin dudar. Marina fue una anfitriona excepcional: amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como en casa y cuidó cada detalle para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. La guest house es preciosa, está impecablemente limpia y decorada con mucho gusto. La habitación era muy acogedora y contaba con una selección de tés, cafés y galletitas, un detalle que hacía aún más agradable el descanso. Mención especial merece la cama: probablemente la más cómoda en la que hemos dormido nunca en un alojamiento. El colchón era excelente y las sábanas, increíblemente suaves y agradables. El baño también era amplio y muy cómodo, y la ducha tenía una presión perfecta. El desayuno fue espectacular. Todo estaba delicioso, con varios platos abundantes y preparados con mucho cariño. Salimos tan satisfechos que prácticamente no volvimos a tener hambre hasta la cena. Además, Marina presta mucha atención a las necesidades dietéticas de sus huéspedes, algo que demuestra el mimo y la dedicación con los que gestiona este alojamiento. Sin duda, uno de los mejores lugares en los que nos hemos alojado. Lo recomendamos al 100 % y volveríamos sin pensarlo.
− Lo que menos nos gustó fue haber reservado solo una noche. Es un alojamiento que invita a quedarse más tiempo y disfrutarlo con calma. Sin duda, la próxima vez alargaremos la estancia.

A fantastic place to stay
10.0We booked this accommodation based on reviews and were then told by a local who we were visiting to buy a car that it was very good. We weren’t disappointed. Marina the host was really friendly and helped us settle in easily. The breakfast is huge and of exceptional quality - when we left, food for later in the day was the last thought in our minds! The place and room is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shower is excellent and the bed very comfortable. A really nice touch were the dressing gowns available that actually fitted 'larger' body shapes perfectly. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and seeing daylight at nearly midnight was a fun experience. Local walks were wonderful, with a 25 minute stroll through parkland down to Lews Castle being a high point. Thanks Marina!
