Good facilities, very clean but polyester bedding needs to be upgraded to high quality cotton for the price.

It had a good location and could walk into town in about 20 minutes. Good to have a washing machine and drying rack. Kitchen was great with oven and all you needed for cooking. The bathroom and shower were good although small.

− The polyester sheets and duvet cover were made of polyester and the duvet was polyester filled.The bed was reasonable. I gave feedback that the price per night was expensive when it could not provide high quality bedding. For the price I expected high quality cotton sheets and a cotton duvet cover with feather filling. This is particularly not acceptable for the hot summer nights. In my experience staying at accommodation under booking.com it is rare to have such low quality bedding. Also the couch needs adjustment so the cushion does not slip out.

We had a very pleasant stay, there was everything there that we needed. Plenty of cupboard and storage space. Also everything you wanted in the kitchen area. Bed was really comfy had lovely nights sleep. Couldn't fault it. Easy to get into witney. Found short cut through by a path to the side of houses and through fence onto main road and a short walk to bus stop that takes you into witney and Oxford. Found this out after walking long way through estate. It's set in a quiet housing estate. Would definitely book again.

− If im being really picky, would have liked a full length mirror somewhere.

Cleanliness very good

− On a very large HOUSING ESTATE (Thorney Leys) which it does not state in the property description ! The back garden backed onto main road, could hear buses and cars clearly if in garden trying to relax. NO non slip backing on RUG.in lounge (slipped). Sofa moved about with your movements, as on laminated floor, plus not comfortable for Tall person. Very tiny drying line with pegs that don't fit it ! Upstairs, in bathroom no Shower Mat on a shiny slippery shower base, not safe if you have children, plus small hand mirror to shave. Bedroom, BED too soft. NO Ventilation due to skylight window which does not open. BED LINEN was Polyester which we found made us hot and sticky, unlike Cotton. No information pack in apartment. Garden neglected as another review states, grass over grown, broken fencing.

This place is fantastic, very comfortable has everything you could possibly need , very well equipped, nice peaceful location, would highly recommend! My daughter really loved staying here, plenty of room for working and doing her yoga!! Cooking facilities excellent, so much better than a hotel!
