The property was very cosy, and well equipped. Made for an easy stay. The hosts were also very easy to contact and approachable.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at the Terrigal Beach House. We were even able to extend 1 more night, much to our kids delight. The house was decorated beautifully in a 'beach shack' theme. The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee pod machine. The linen & towels were hotel quality & the beds were very comfortable. Pool towels were also provided. The location is walking distance downhill to Terrigal beach & shops, however we didn't attempt the walk back up the hill in the heat with 3 little kids. The house had x 3 modern air conditioning units which worked very well. The location was also very quiet with a huge north facing back deck bathed in all day sunshine, overlooking the pool. The backyard has a shaded area the full area of the above deck with a lounge & bar table with chairs, plus an umbrella & chairs in the pool area. Also, there is a nice grassy area next to the pool for the kids to play. We appreciated the little extras including inside & outside games for the kids & a surprise for the adults.

− The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos & not deep, but our 3 kids aged 10, 8, 6 still enjoyed it. You also have to walk out the front door & around the side of the house to get to the back yard & pool, so this may not suit everyone. There is a washing machine but no dryer or outdoor clothesline - clothes drying rack is provided. This would be suitable for shorter stays, but with 3 kids we had a lot of washing so my husband made a makeshift clothesline on the deck which dried our clothes almost instantly in the heat.

The property was clean and the host was very responsive!

The property was easy to find, great parking there was enough room for the 4 of us. Everything was there, was clean and tidy

− The street light out the front made the front rooms very bright and light, I like it to be very dark, but that me, could do with a curtain to keep that light out a bit. We couldn’t use the fire place
