10.0The owner and her son were absolutely perfect – incredibly kind and helpful. There was a small misunderstanding on our part: we thought we had paid for the accommodation in advance through Booking.com, so we left without realizing that the payment was actually supposed to be made in cash on site. The owners were completely understanding and had no problem with it. We ended up paying a few days later when we returned from our road trip. Truly some of the kindest people we’ve ever met.
− The toilet didn’t flush very well and the water pressure in the shower was quite low. Other than that, everything was absolutely fine.

9.0I stayed one night at this little bed and breakfast in Madaba. I had stayed here once before. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and their internet/WiFi was faster and more reliable than at other hotels I have stayed at in Madaba. The location is also convenient for getting on the highway to the Dead Sea, Mount Nebo, and Ma'in Hot Springs.
− The showerhead is old and broken and should be replaced. It was a bit difficult to wash myself with that showerhead nozzle.

10.0The owners are very kind, and communication was easy. The place was warm, with hot water available. Great location - just 25 minutes from the airport and close to restaurants and shops. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it!
