1.0− They said on the day off me traveling there and after paying they said it wasn't available no more

− 4 1 dubble booking payed twice and still not been sorted 4 my refund. 2 the flooding and sofa was dirty the kids bed room was untidy and the big bedroom I laid on the bed and it smelt vreey bad we had to sleep on the sofa and that dint smell verry good . The hole place inside just had a bad smell and was dirty other then that it is a nice place friendly ppl and park 4 the kids

1.0− i got a call from one of the staff there cancelling on me and said it would be sorted, so i found another place to go "blackpool", i was told booking.com would contact me to which they did saying the booking was still on and confirmed, 4 days after. so far the host has not replied to me at all. they cancelled on me and i have effectively had no other communication from them.
Never would I go back
1.0− It was filthy with mould and no cleaning equipment or toilet roll . The bedding was awfull we had to go out and buy our own and there was no running hot water so couldn’t get bath or shower also the fridge had been left on so the freezer was a frozen box and the thermostat on the frigde had stoped working . The light in the living room didn’t work properly really wasn’t the best accommodation to stop at and very disappointed

1.0The location
− The shower didn’t work despite putting the heater on for an hour. The property needed cleaning - there was an open packet of crisps on the table. The fridge was dirty and the freezer box full of ice and ice cream that had all frozen together. The bed is too old to be used, too soft and needs better bedding, preferably ironed. The towels were only hand towels and not sufficient for showers/baths.
