− The tv remote fully didn't work. Everything but the volume down button worked.

2.0The apartment was clean.
− The outside side of the building needs to be cleaned. I was given the wrong pin to get inside and wasn’t given a pin to get inside the apartment. The main hallways were not clean and there was things laid against the walls. The upstairs were very noisy. The heat wasn’t working properly.
