− Room is so smelly.. The mattress is very2 not comfortable.. Pleasee cleaning properly & change the new mattress..

Not cleaned from the previous occupant, disgusting!

− The lady who checked us in was rude, then when we finally got into the accommodation, it was clear that hadn't even cleaned it from the previous person!! Their flips flips and toiletries were still in the bathroom. I'm guessing the bedsheets were unchanged too 🤢it's incredibly basic, but I could have of course lived with that - if there was basic hygiene! No bin either, like come on guys, maybe invest in a waste bin?? The bed was hard, which isn't usually an issue for me, but I mean HARD. Like sleeping on a rock. Don't plan to do anything active the next day as you will struggle to move. I beg you, do not stay here. It may be cheap but it's NOT worth it.
