Very nice place on the suburbs of Philly
10.0The property itself was great. There was one floor to enter. Then a flight of stairs to the floor with the nice kitchen, table, sofa, bathroom and tv w cable. Then there was another flight of stairs to the floor with bedrooms w AC, a bathroom w shower and tub and a washing machine and dryer. The AC was the best part since it was hot and humid. I liked it so much I want to go back next year. The owner was very communicative w me.
− The two flights of stairs with injured legs. It took me a while to get to downtown Philly using public transportation. I couldn’t find regular tv channels like the CBS etc. I felt the tv was confusing.

Very clean and well maintained facility with street parking in front.
9.0The shared kitchen facilities had everything needed to prepare meals and store food. The residents of the building used up most of the fridge space, but they also were very careful to keep everything in the kitchen dining area neat and clean.
− It was a bit hard to find the building at first because the house numbers on the street were not in numerical order. #17 actually was BEFORE #15. The responded quickly to my call for help in finding it. Also the bed in the room was quite hard, and left me with a stiff back in the mornings.

10.0Super nice place to stay in, clean, neat, quiet. The host was very kind, during my stay he provided water and snacks. Booking also came with soap, shampoo conditioner, and towels. They had lint rollers and hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean. The bedroom also has an alarm clock and mini fridge. Better than if not the same as almost all of the hotels I have stayed at which costed more. I highly recommend this place for your next stay.
