Wonderful Family Reunion House

We stayed at Ohana Hive in Desert Color with multiple families. Communication was good, code for entry. The rental house living areas were spacious while the bedrooms felt a bit small. The bathrooms also smaller than most but served it's purpose. Spacious fam room upstairs, comfy couches. Hot tub, TV and fire pit on balcony patio was fabulous and a quick favorite spot. Lots of beach towels! Kitchen was great to cook in, but sparse on bigger pots and pans. Electric griddle, crockpot, toaster were handy. Laguna ice cold in March but clubhouse pool warm with a hot tub. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Lots of towels at pool, sandy volleyball was great. Staff took our garbage bins out to sub entrance for us as we weren't sure where they should go. It was a wonderful family oriented experience and the communication was good.

− Garage wouldn't fit the Tahoe we had so parked on street. We had 4 families with us, so parking was frustrating when other neighbors were there and construction workers vehicles. Lots of new construction around, so mornings were Noisy at 630am weekdays. We were given 1 garbage bags, had to run to nearby Walmart. Given just 10 laundry pods and no dryer sheets or softener, had to run to Walmart. Picked up extra TP and paper towels also. No spices, no cooking oil, no foil, no ziplock bags, no grill spray. Wish we had known, as we had to keep running to stores.
