− No TV in bed rooms no instructions on how to operate anything no draws in bedroom silly little lamp by bed food in freezer short on cleaning products and this was supposed to be 5 star only stayed 2 night not impressed at all

10.0Wow a totally amazing flat .Loved everything about it especially the view and listening to the sea going to sleep ..Spotlessly clean comfortable bed everything you need to make a fanstaic stay in Ramsgate with private parking .Highly recommend this flat had such a amazing holiday and the flat made it my 86year old mam totally loved it also she enjoyed just sitting there watching the sea even ..10 out of 10

− Lack of instructions on how to work cooker hob/ heating etc… The lift was out of action for a few days which proved challenging for my mum who walks with a walker The electricity kept cutting out?
