− The hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. However, the hotel needs maintenance. There was water leakage during bad weather, the hot water takes time to heat up, and the water is salty

− I ask for an extra towel but was always asked to give one back of if I need an extra. It was as though the cleaner paid for the towels herself
