The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants whilst in a really nice town.

− Parking was a bit awkward but we made do.

Beds were super comfy. Nice sheets, good pillows. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom had super fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Location is so good - close in to everything but still quiet and private. Views were stunning

Great location just minutes from local shops/restaurants etc. Really handy for just popping into town for a look around - a perfect base for Ambleside. Quiet location up a little bit of a hill which might be relevant for people with less mobility. The property was clean, seemed newly renovated and all items (pans/toaster etc etc were brand new. Lovely bed and bed linnen, nice bathroom and kitchen. Limited outdoor space but again as advertised so no complaints

− The set up on the main room which doubled as a living space and bedroom was lovely, the only thing that could be better was the aspect of the sofa v's relaxing to watch TV - a slightly different room layout might improve this but again no complaints about the overall experience

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Chapel Lodge und würden immer wieder kommen! Alles war schön sauber und komfortabel!

− Leider ließen sich die Fenster im Badezimmer und in der Küche zum Lüften nicht öffnen und die Parkplatz Situation gestaltete sich leider etwas schwierig.. Ansonsten sind wir überaus zufrieden gewesen!

The property was immaculate! It was well stocked, amazing location.

− The only slight bug bare was the parking. Can't really complain as we knew it might be a problem and the car park was a 5 minute walk away, we paid £21 for 3 days parking. However, this being said, the property made up for it, and we will definitely go back.
