10.0If I could give extra stars just for the welcome, I would! ⭐ We arrived several hours before check-in, planning only to park the car and head straight to the beach. To our surprise, the owners not only let us park early but also invited us to enjoy breakfast. What a fantastic and unexpected start to our stay! We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience from beginning to end. The room was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked so well that it could probably freeze the sun! 😄 The pool was excellent (although the sea stole most of our attention). The beach is only about a 7-minute walk away, and there's a lovely bakery just around the corner for fresh pastries and coffee. Breakfast had a huge selection, so everyone could find something they liked. Overall, it's a fantastic place for families, with a great location, friendly hosts, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!

10.0L accueil chaleureux, la suite familiale très propre et bien agencée, la piscine, le petit déjeuner fait maison et copieux, l ambiance familiale et le fait de se sentir comme à la maison. Service laundry pour 5€. La situation dans ksamil, au calme du centre mais tout proche pour tout faire à pied.

9.0Hotel a gestione familiare, in ottima posizione, perché vicinissima alla via centrale e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia principale di Ksamil. La nostra stanza appena ristrutturata e con mobili nuovissimi, era molto grande, pulita, dotata di climatizzatore e wifi. Il bagno un po' piccolo, ma efficiente. La piscina piccola e carina, con un baretto a servizio dei clienti. Colazione continentale con un po' di tutto.
− La parte dove si fa la colazione. Dovrebbero sistemare un po' il giardino e mettere dei tavoli e delle sedie più adeguate, considerato che i tavolini del bar, nuovi e moderni, nelle prime ore del mattino sono esposti al sole.
