1.0Shocking - I was exhausted arrived to shower and sleep but the bed was not made up with clean sheets. Manager showed me to another room and this too had not been made up with clean sheets. Had to venture out at 21h00 at night seeking alternate accomodation - please re-imburse my money for one room. I have not heard from the establishment not even a call to apologize and arrange refund which rather promised to do?

9.0I have stayed here before and find the staff friendly and professional. The facilities are great and the location is perfect. All-in-all I enjoyed my two night business stay.
− We had issue with the DSTV and I could only watch free-to-air channels. When last were you subjected to watching SABC?
