disappointed and didn't receive any compensation for our missed event.

− We didn't get to use the property as it was canceled last minute by the actual owner of the property who had another booking through another platform. Apparently we paid here in full but they were not paid for our stay or notified. I still do not have all my money back and was out $300 in tickets for the event we were to be attending.
