10.0Дуже велика квартира, дуже зручно, прям біля набережної. Дуже адекватний власник, який йде на зустріч під час заселення виселення. Самостійне заселення. Красивий ремонт

9.0Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Apartment ist sehr süß und die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt, in der Küche waren genug Geräte vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
− Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, sollte man die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage nicht buchen. In der Küche hätten die essentiellen Lebensmittel wie Öl und Salz vorhanden sein können. Das Geschirr haben wir vor der Benutzung nochmal abgewaschen, da nicht alles so sauber erschien - dies liegt aber daran, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt.

8.0Excelente ubicación, está todo cerca y zona blanca para aparcar y parking alrededor. Cama muy cómoda. Buenos precios para Tenerife. Buen contacto con el personal.
− No está insonorizado, parece que estás en la plaza aún con las ventanas cerradas y en un quinto piso. Zona bastante ruidosa a la noche aunque con tapones no tuvimos mucho problema. Cocina muy antigua, falta un poco de menaje. El baño también bastante antiguo, no tenía mucha fuerza el agua.

10.0La tranquilidad y sin escándalos
− Que falta calderos y la lavadora no funciona y ventilador que si lo enciendes tienes que tener cuidado a que se caiga ,habían perritos y que pena que no admitieron animales pero bueno respeto la decisión .
