Wer ein modernes, großzügiges Apartment mit wunderbaren Ausblick sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
7.0Besonders gut hat uns der wunderbare Ausblick gefallen: Meerblick mit super schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Gut war auch die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung. Schöne Bademäntel und Handtücher waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit einem Wohn-Essbereich und 3 Schlafzimmern. Die 2 Bäder sind sehr schön. Allerdings haben nur 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer Tageslicht. Die Vermieterin hat uns noch ein paar Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge und Restaurants, die wir gern genutzt haben. Schön war auch, dass man in 5 Min mit dem Auto am Strand war. Parken konnte man sehr bequem vor der Wohnung. Das war auch super praktisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren alle in 5 Minuten Entfernung (mit dem Auto). Daher auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
− Wer eine Villa gebucht hat, wird enttäuscht sein. Für uns war klar, dass es sich hier um eine Villa handelt. Wir hätten sonst niemals gebucht, v.a. nicht zu diesem Preis. Es handelt sich um ein großes Apartment im Erdgeschoß einer Villa mit Pool und Outdoorbereich. Die Eigentümer wohnen im gleichen Haus im ersten Stock mit Balkonen ausgerichtet zur Pool- und Terrassenseite. Wer also Privatsphäre sucht, ist hier nicht richtig. Leider hat das 3. Schlafzimmer kein Tageslicht. Vorort mussten wir eine Kaution hinterlegen in bar. Das hatten wir bisher in keinem unserer gebuchten Villen in Griechenland. Wir wurden explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass man nicht mit Sonnencreme in den Pool darf, da sonst die Kaution einbehalten werde. Trotz strikter Einhaltung, gab es am Ende den Hinweis, dass die Vermieter nicht mit der Sauberkeit des Pools einverstanden seien. Bei der Wohnungsabnahme (hatten wir auch noch nie) wurde unsere Sauberkeit gelobt, dennoch kam der Kommentar, dass der Pool sauberer sein könnte.
