− Its all bullshit. The rooms were not at all what they posted in pictures. And its shows on the website there is a only a 3bed room available and when you go there its a single room. Like 4m2 room. With common toilets for everyone. And what a disappointment and waste of money. Just dont book it. Not worth a penny. And its disgusting how booking.com just allows random pictures without even checking
overbooked and I had to stay in another property.

2.0Rien. L annoncé disait salle de bains privée et ccest faux. On avait une vieille douche et un WC dans un local infâme qui ne fermait pas. Et pas de personnel à la réception. C edt une fillette qui nous a montré la chambre
− L absence de salle de bains privée, la fenêtre cassée. Les prises électriques pourries, l absence de personnel. Etc...

− Personal geht nicht ans Telefon, wenn man ständig anruft wird man plötzlich blockiert vom Chef! DeLux wirbt mit Zimmer in dem ein Bad + Küchenzeile vorhanden sein muss, jedoch bekommt man für den Preis nur ein abgeranztes Zimmer in dem Steckdosenleisten komplett kaputt sind und alles dringend Renovierung benötigt! Absolut unverschämt!!!

− Vsetky negativne recenzie su pravdive, potvrdit mozem to, ze stalo sa mi to co pisali vsetci. Po schvaleni rezervacie v den pobytu cca 3 hodiny pred check-in mi zavolal ubytovatel a povedal ze nema k dispozicii izby ktore ponuka na Bookingu, ide o to ze si objednate izbu s kupelnou a on Vam povie ze wc a kupelna je spolocna. Nak9niec som musel riesit v casovej tiesni alternativu. Dalsi problem je s vratenim penazi, sice ubytovatel mi v sprave potcrdil storno, pribeh zacina s Bookingom, po 15 emailoch s custoner center Booking nemam vratene peniaze ktore mi stihli z uctu aj ked ubytovatel potrdil storno v sprave na Bookingu, Booking caka na potvrdenie znova od ubytovatela, s ktorym sa velmi tazko konunikuje. Nerozumiem preco po tolkych incidentoch ktire na tito ubytovanie bolo to stale Booking ponuka a vytvara dalsim ludom len problemy a zadrziava im peniaze.
