7.0Quiet location, away from the highway. Large house yard and bushland behind the house yard.
− Kitchen cupboards require some repairs as some had loose hinges.

− Heavily over priced, not a value for money we paid. Not all the rooms have heating, no blinds in the rooms but just shutters which are not closing properly and hence disturbed the sleep. Too old property even has non functional door lock in the toilet, no exhaust in the toilet.
