3.0The room was clean and pleasant. Equipped with everything you need. Nice view from the balcony directly onto the beach. Comfortable beds. Good localization just next to the beach.
− I feel cheated because one of the main criteria for choosing the apartment was access to the pool. I spoke with the owner several times, explaining that this was important to me because my children were afraid of the waves. Knowing that many pools are closed during the off-season, I checked several times. The owner always guaranteed the pool was available and sent promotional videos. Upon arrival, it turned out that the pool was closed. The apartment building staff were stunned when we told them that the owner had promised a pool, explaining that it never opens so early. Furthermore, the shop below (I'm not sure if it was a family shop) charged us €3,000 for groceries instead of 3,000 lek. Fortunately, I didn't have that amount in my account, so the transaction didn't go through. There was also a whole day without electricity in the apartment, which was also very problematic considering that the stove and all the appliances were powered by electricity.

10.0Очень понравилось проживание в этой квартире! Чисто, уютно, всё соответствует описанию. Расположена буквально через дорогу от пляжа. На первом этаже магазин и кафе. За домом есть бассейн. Особенно хочу отметить хозяйку — невероятно приветливая, доброжелательная и всегда на связи. Она сразу предупредила, что можно обращаться по любым вопросам, и действительно помогала оперативно и с вниманием. Спасибо за отличный приём, с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!

10.0Everything, from pick up, to recommendations, the apartment itself and spontaneous perfectly planned trips. Flavia and Ervin are so charming and caring - unbelievable. We will come again next year!
