On Mactan island, This stay (room space) and location was much better than Saekyung Village One.
7.0room space was decent, microwave, and kitchen.
− Google maps was misleading and this place was difficult to find.

− i didn't receive the room that i odder instead i get another room with no ocean after i complain to booking condo owner (the one room what i stay nor odder)called me and tell me he want me out
Could be better.
7.0Location was near hotel, there’s also a 7/11 right outside. Bed was comfortable enough for a night stay
− Basic amenities weren’t there- zero toilet paper and no towels. No toiletries also but i was fine with that. There were a lot of insects crawling around 😵💫 aircon is noisy but not unbearably so.

10.0We really love the view at the balcony the cleanliness of the unit the hospitality of the care taker and guards most specially the unit owner is very accomodating, if you have kids with you they will never get bored because thwy have a playground and swimming pool that you can use for free also. it is also near at the airport 10 to 15 minutes ride lang. Hope you guys can also visit this condotel.. Thank you Ms. Jessica
