We had a great time in a short winter holiday. Still wanting to book again in this place because of the scenic view and
7.0The mountain view is really nice. Location is perfect for unwinding.
− The kitchen stuff is a bit old and the lounge is dusty. A/C in the lounge is not heating that much so you really need to use the fireplace to heat the place.

10.0Mostly everything, great location, clean property , has utilities in kitchen, laundry, heating etc. A great quiet place to stay. Views are great.
− A odour that is present on entrance is hard to ignore
Excellent family base for Tekapo
9.0We had a great stay, the wood fire with more firewood than we could hope to use was a hit! The gas cooktop was a bit sketchy but it’s likely on their maintenance list. It was -7deg when we were there and we were toasy warm.
Good stay, great views but there’s scope for improvement in cleaning bit.
8.0Location and view from the property is amazing.
− The kitchen bench and some of the cutlery could be cleaner than what it was.
