8.0Very easy to find, central location. Comfy bed and excellent WiFi. I was in Brighton for work and the studio suited most of that.
− The buzzer to the studio from outside didn't work. The shower started to drip in the middle of the night which given its location woke me up. Both very minor inconveniences and didn't spoil the trip, but things you may need to know about.
Great Central Studio
8.0Great central location, within walking distance of shops, waterfront, bars etc. Roughly easy 10 min walk from the station. Also very quiet room, I stayed over a weekend and no noise issues even though busy outside. Studio didn't feel cramped, l was a solo traveller visiting family, would be fine for a couple too. Well equipped kitchen but do note no oven. I was aware of this in advance, does have a hob and microwave which was fine. Good communication and quick responses from letting agent too. Good value for Brighton, I'm quite fussy and would definitely stay here again 😀
− No views from windows, but on positive side not overlooked by surrounding properties.

4.0Wasn’t clean had hair on the bed, stained places , lipstick marks on a cup, stunk like dampness, leaking shower at 4am in the shower, the pictures was not to the same as reality…
