3.0The location and size of the property was fantastic…
− Stained carpets and bedding, garden not usable, it looked like someone had been sleeping rough in the garden, we had no electric for our entire stay, they sent an engineer to us that had said it was fixed, it was it kept tripping then I was told at 5pm it was too late to send someone else and I should just email to compliant! Over 72hours later no one has contacted me back regarding my complaint it’s just shocking!!

− Mouldy showers! A bit smelly! Lots of tv’s but did not work! WiFi did not work!

10.0Quiet environment Very spacious and clean house Wanted to extend my stay We loved it.
− There are 2 bedrooms downstairs but no bathroom, it was so inconveniencing. We had to go upstairs, use the bathroom and back to the room downstairs.

5.0Fridge.Big bedrooms. 10min walks to the High Street
− Heating not working on arrival. One of the bedroom doors was locked despite us booking the entire property. No corkscrew. No bottle opener. Lack of drinknig glasses.Basic furnishings in lounge.Accomodates 12+ people but only has a dining room table that seats 6 .Also,needs more chairs.Leak from shower/boiler soaked a shirt hanging in utility room.(It was apparent that this was an historic issue by the state of the celiing). Back garden is a complete mess with long grass. No garden or outside furniture - just a broken trampoline !?! En suite toilet did not flush properly ( 3 or 4 attempts to clear).
