8.0I atayed pne night and for that it was perfect, with a high level of comfort. Heavy curtains, comfortable bed meant a good night's sleep - tick. The rest was also great. The decor is very Brighton; regency scale, luxury feel, grown-up colours but with a mix of furniture styles and a little kitsch here and there (yellow ceramic leopard). Big luxurious bathroom with a big bath, too. It was all lovely and clean. N is clearly an experienced host who is at hand when needed and not, when not. Its a small hotel and that can feel awkward but it didn't. It felt private and everything was easy. I had a delicious breakfast in the cute garden. Comfortable, stylish, easy and relaxed, all in a great location.

9.0Gorgeous spacious & comfortable room with huge, luxurious ensuite bathroom. The room is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches from delicious biscuits, to have with tea & coffee, magazines, two fold up luggage racks, individual efficient fans on each nightstand. The breakfasts were excellent & taken in the delightful & private garden. Natalie is the perfect host, friendly, efficient & helpful. We loved staying here & hope to return many times.

10.0The host was the number 1 - amazing Host. The property was excellent in every way and the location - was exceptional. Which tells you more about the host. We had a splendid stay, the property is furnished beautifully and we will go back.
