10.0Great location near the centre of Appleby and close to the river. Had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. There is permit parking on the road outside and free all-day parking very close by. We would definitely use this accomodation again if we are ever back in the area

− Stairs were steep! Felt it after my walks in the mountains! Only a minor gripe though!

5.0Good location, parking not a problem. New water pump for the river could however be heard all night in front bedroom Plenty of space - hallway useful. Enclosed back garden All the basics provided - but only one be tiny T towel, no cleaning cloths & no drying rack for wet clothes Helpful host - answered questions promptly
− Relative to other properties I have stayed in & for the price paid it was quite shabby. It would definitely benefit from a deep clean or coat of paint. Generally felt things were not as clean as they might be & towels / bed linen all felt relatively worn / at very cheap end of spectrum
