7.0The caravan was warm and comfortable. There lovely thoughtful touches that were above and beyond expectations. Any problems we had were sorted with a quick phone call. It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted.
− A previous tenant had stolen the nobs off the cooker and although they had been replaced we had a problem lighting the oven which was sorted with a quick phone call the same as we had problems with the heating, the pressure kept dropping, with a quick phone call we were told how to fix it. The WiFi didn't work and we were told a previous tenant took the dongle. Although we had these problems we still enjoyed our time away.
