10.0Die Lage ist perfekt, zwei große Schlafräume, hübsch eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

9.0Eine sehr schöne, geräumige FeWo - allerdings geht sie zur Straße hin und ab 07:00 Uhr wird es laut. Wir gesagt, alles sehr schön, nur das Bad ist wirklich winzig.
Stade ist wunderschön . Das Apartment mit einem größeren Bad wäre okay.
7.0Die Lage, große Schlafzimmer, Tiefgarage im Haus.
− Das Miniatur- Badezimmer. Das Waschbecken zum Händewaschen OK aber Gesichtswaschen unmöglich. Ein Apartment welches nicht die Möglichkeit bietet sich anständig zu Waschen und zu Duschen, kann kein sehr gut oder gut bekommen. Wie von vielen Vorbesuchern schon angemerkt. Falls sie früh schlafen möchten, können die Laufgeräusche in der oberen Etage das Nachtlied singen.
