Overpriced but close to the beach.
8.0The furnishings were new and clean. The location was fantastic!
− Overpriced for what it is. Carport is a nightmare!!! Stairs leading to apartment not mentioned Wrong priorities: not enough hot water for 2 people let alone 4. no exhaust fan for shower or stove?! Impractical pots/ kitchen ware and cleaning supplies Side gate no lock McGrath = poor communication Tricky if you have a baby/ toddler in a pram Random piece of plaster on chairs outside? Mattress is very soft There was mention of a dishwasher but no dishwasher.
We know Mollymook very well and this property is ideally located and very comfortable.
8.0Location is excellent, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beach, golf club.
− Designated parking bays are very narrow, we parked in the visitor spots or on the lawn.

10.0The apartment was super comfortable and modern, beds were comfy and lounge area was nice for chilling out. Nice and close to the main part of Mollymook, perfect for a girl's weekend away.
− The car port is too tight for a large car but we just parked in the visitor spot without any issues..there's also street parking if visitor spots are taken.
