− While the room itself was decent, the overall value for money was disappointing. The biggest issue was the property's lack of transparency regarding family costs. We were charged an extra $60 per night per child (children 9 years and older?), which was not made clear prior to our arrival. For the total price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and communication. I wouldn't recommend this property for families looking for clear pricing and good value.
Great stay at Cala lodge
10.0We had a great stay at Cala lodge. The staff were lovely and the grounds were beautiful. We had a great time exploring the trail on site and saw so many animals right at the hotel. My son loved the swings. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee time was a nice treat mid day. The room was small and basic, but for the price but has everything you need and is very comfortable after a day of exploring. It was very comfortable and clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

10.0Spectacular view on the forest and the own garden. I can highly recommend to walk on the marked paths through the forest of the big property. It is very peaceful with chances to see different animals and typical vegetation of this elevated region.

10.0Instalaciones impecables, la limpieza muy bien, y los senderos del hotel preciosos. Una cosa que me gusto mucho es que promueven mucho el reciclaje.
− No es algo que tenga que ver con el hotel, pero vimos un alacrán, por lo que considero conveniente que se haga la advertencia.
