Our worst experience so far ever. False advertising

We not liked that it was close to my family.

− The photos are about 10-20 years old. We booked with a rating of 9.4 but later found the same suite rated on booking.comm with a score of 6.9 with many complaints. We could not access the suite, we called the owner 3 times and no answer. She was sleeping 7:45-8:15pm. The suite smelled like smoke and ha ashtrays in the suite and on the deck. The shower would no drain so I had to stand in other people dirt and hairs during my shower. My partner could not do this so we left after one day before 11am. We asked for a refund for the remaining stay and the owner has declined. 75% of the dishes were poorly washed with lipstick stains on all the glasses and mugs. We had to wash glasses before using them. There were stains on the couch. Rust stains on the floor tile. Dirty on wall tiles and windows. The linen had a strong laundry detergent scent that kept me sneezing all night. The owners dogs were barfing at other guests. The campground nearby had a party going till 12:20 am. The roosters and dogs were going at it from 5:15am. So he has less than 5 hours sleep. This was the worst stay ever. The host asked us about a dozen personal questions when arrived when we just wanted to relax after a long drive. I would not stay here even for free.

Huge garden, clean house and great hospitality of Eva the owner. You just feel like you are at home.

The balcony was great, overlooking gardens, great sunsets, you could hear the ocean. Bedroom balcony lovely for morning coffee and sunrise

− Crockery was not great, rusty sandwich grill, mismatched plates, no dinner plates. Not so clean. Apartment needs updating. Bed comfortable. Shower water smells metalic.
