Staff is friendly and helpful

− Furniture is extremely dated and location isn’t convenient

Nice villa but needs updating and some renovations. Fair walk to get to centre.Staff were great.

Comfy beds

− Lack of furniture around pool, unable to close bathroom doors, cactus next to pool and step needs removal. Needs a mosquito net over the beds. Needs some renovations and TLC.

location quiet away from main street, villa in passable condition, survived two nights, breakfast was okay, they cooked it at the villa kitchen

Nice property very nice breakfast cooks/ cleaners were very friendly and nice

− only down size can’t walk out of the street into a massage or shops but very cheap blue bird to garlic lane etc close by. washing machine was great to have just needs more clothes drying racks like the main bathroom

Only positives were a comfortable bed and morning staff were friendly

− After informing the host we would arrive late, b/w 11pm-12 midnight, we arrived to a locked, dark villa with no one around. Luckily our driver called the host who informed him he was out…we waited a little longer and eventually saw a keypad lock. Again called the host who was at home, having no intention of welcoming us, though gave the driver the code. No prior instructions on this were provided in the booking. Opened up to no instructions anywhere, no wifi password provided, random loose pile of wood by the pool edge, unable to locate a switch anywhere to turn on fan in kitchen area, no chairs to sit on by pool, general air of unkemptness and kitchen grotty. Unable to understand the 5 previous high ratings. Stayed 1 night and couldn’t wait to leave.

The only good thing we have to say about our stay is the housekeeping staff; they were friendly and did as much as they could for us. They made a terrible stay just bearable. Having a washing machine.

− This property has not been maintained; this is the fault of the owner OR the people that manage the villa for him. The following are the issues we experienced: no hot water, cold showers only, fridge not working for four days, blocked drains, leaking toilets, blocked shower heads and taps with black/green slime a health hazard, no seating or sun beds for pool, vanity plug broken, leaking bathroom basin, insufficient supply of kitchen utensils, condition of stove, no tea towels, doors hard to lock, no milk for late arrival tea or coffee. We did not appreciate being told that "NO AUSTRALIANS STAY HERE" by the manager who is a GUNNA, he was going to fix and didn't. We did not appreciate the way our complaint regarding no hot water was treated and not taken seriously. It appears that there is no booster to sola hot water system so no hot water when required. Also appears that there is not filter to the water pressure unit, so filthy slime builds up in all water outlets causing blockages, THIS IS A HEALTH HAZZARD.
