− No me cambiaron las toallas apesar de que estaban mojadas porque se salia el agua de la ducha y tuvimos que pararla con ellas

− Arrivato all' hotel alle 15:00, ho dovuto aspettare fuori al caldo sino alle 17:00, perché non c'era nessuno. All' arrivo della titolare, neanche un' accenno di scuse.
