disappointing stay
2.0worse experience re accommodation booked via booking.com. we are experienced travellers. For the price, one would expect more.
− 1. Fungi in bathroom ceiling 2. NO water in the morning- contacted the manager and he offered switching to an available resort room to shower- this is in the morning we were checking out 3. NO microwave 4. TV was not working at all- reported to manager who insisted on 'solving' the water issue only whilst other issues are secondary (ie to be dealt with later) 5.table at the patio was filthy- filled with cigarette butt/ ashes 6. The swimming pool- people were eating, visible food debri in the water! 7. Sofa bed- no extra linen and towel provided for third person - the bed is not comfortable at all 8. NO wifi
