9.0Comfortable and tranquil space- exactly what I needed for my needs. The balcony was an extra plus… bar the ‘site’ 9/10 - the restaurant, another plus
− The racket/noise caused by transportation to/from the storage/building site is a glaring problem that will ultimately lead to loss of potential revenue and repeat clients if not sufficiently addressed and a contingency plan in place.
Lovely apartment, but very noisy complex
7.0The apartment is very neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Great location.
− The residents below me were extremely noisy at night and the construction site opposite me very noisy in the day. The apartment could have a vegetable peeler and can opener, these are standard kitchen utensils. There is a remote for a fan, but no fan to be found in the apartment. A clothes horse/rack would be good for drying towels etc.
