− Not much. There is no beach close by for swimming.
Do not fall prey to false advertising of private beach

− The property is in a secluded location, there are no essential facilities in the near vicinity for atleast a kilometer or 2. There are no lights and it becomes really dark. There is no private beach as mentioned in the description
