Villa Vikasa is an absolute masterpiece. It feels like a peaceful, stylish sanctuary tucked away from the frantic energy of Colombo. The blend of modern comfort with beautiful antique accents and cozy reading nooks made it hard to leave the property. Suhini is the ultimate host. Communication before and during our stay was flawless. She genuinely cares about her guests, helping us curate our local itinerary and arranging seamless transport. Everything from the pristine cleanliness to the thoughtful welcome snacks and premium amenities felt like a 5-star boutique hotel, but with the warmth of a family home.

This villa was exceptional. It is beautifully presented, lovely thoughtful touches throughout the home. Our host was delightful. Even after a very late arrival time due to flight delays, the family was there to greet us and settle us in. The location is out of Colombo but an easy tuktuk trip into the city. And this makes it a very peaceful experience. There was a street party celebration happening and we were welcomed by the community to join in too. Breakfast cooked by mom was so good. Very tasty and a good representation of the local cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Villa Vikasa and highly recommend this accommodation to others looking for a home away from home experience.

Beautiful! In one word. The decor was like nothing I’ve seen in Sri Lanka, out of a magazine. Everything was highly thought out to provide a memorable stay, even filtered water from the tap. Suheni the owner and her wonderful mother who is an awesome cook!, looked after our every need and gave the best advice about local foods and which types to buy. Totally recommend this property for comfort and value. Don’t be fooled by its location, it’s in the back street and some pretty ordinary lanes in Colombo but when you go though the high security gates it’s a paradise!

Замечательная вилла! Очень стильная, комфортная. Все продумано до мелочей. Много красивых деталей. У ребят есть лукбук, где представлены места и заведения, в которые стоит сходить. В туалетах есть все необходимое! Гели для душа, шампуни, кондиционер для волос, зубная паста и щетки. Очень приятные хозяева, которые трепетно относятся к гостям и готовы помочь в любой момент. Благодарим от всей души! Нам очень понравилась вилла!

Останавливались на 1 день. Вилла шикарная, находится где то в центре города, вокруг конечно полный мрак, грязь и разруха, выходили покушать, уж лучше б не выходили) Но когда закрываются ворота, вы оказываетесь за высоким забором в изящном прекрасном оазисе вкуса и роскоши, чувствуя себя Илоном Маском или Анджелиной Джоли, в общем что то на богатом) Две уютные спальни, продуманная кухня, на которой есть все, две душевые, гостиная. красивые ухоженные дворики по обеим сторонам дома. В доме все обставлено с большим вкусом и продумано до мелочей. На втором этаже огромная каменная терраса, окруженная деревьями, с банкетками и стульями. К сожалению, фотографии не передают масштаб и красоту этой виллы, и мы, честно говоря, вообще от нее такого не ожидали, были приятно шокированы и очень рады там побывать) Хозяйка чудесная, милая девушка, организовала нам трансфер до аэропорта, все рассказала, показала, общение было очень приятным.

This villa is very well designed and great attention to detail eg, aesthetics, lighting, incense diffusers, toiletries. It is well maintained, clean and has AC is all rooms. The host was very accommodating and had good communication.

− The plug points are Sri Lankan style, would have loved to have the universal plug points that most places use. Also the street is very narrow so some uber drivers hesitate to come to the gate
