8.0El sitio es hermoso,uno encuentra su espacio para la cocina, las habitaciones y la sala para los niños mientras uno está dentro del apartamento. Permite que se sienta amplio y cada uno tenga su espacio.
− La ducha de uno de los baños necesita arreglo,los balones de la piscina no existen, cero opción de música,igual que algunas cositas pequeñas pero importantes para hacer más ameno el sitio versus lo que se paga.

− Los dueños del lugar deben invertir un poco en las instalaciones, que si bien son cómodas y acogedoras, también sufren ya del paso del tiempo. Por ejemplo, en una noche de lluvia hubo una gotera en el baño social que, de no haber sido por la atención de la señora Marleny, habría inundado los cuartos y la sala.
