5.0It's supposed to be a gift for my nephew who's getting married and celebrating a bridal shower with our family and their close friend. Something the couple will cherish and remember before getting married. Just sad it didn't go well. To be fair, the owner communicated well and we have settled things according to what we aggreed. I can't control the feeling of dismay of my family. If the caretaker received a good feed back of customer service from previous rent per my family and invited friends they did not feel it the way it was advertised.
− No privacy! They understood they were renters and they respect that, but the male caretaker was noticed in and out of the area few times without saying anything to them. Caretaker refused to open the 3rd room which was included in the rent. Caretake told them that it will be open until all the visitors arrive where some the family member and friend are coming late due to their work. Upon check out when caretaker inspect the house for damage and additional cleaning once you told the renters that everything is okay it's okay. But after the renters left the area and caretaker reported to his owner of what he noticed. How can renters validate the truthfulness of the accusation of the caretaker leaving a dog pee on the rug that was hidden under the bed and oil in the chairs unclean if it was voiced after his inspection and said to the renters that everything is okay?
