− Had to reset our key cards every day which meant trekking back down to reception each time they didn't work. Disappointing that the ice bath wasn't open when we were in the pool.

1.0The food was delicious and the staff were friendly.
− Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. There were no power sockets beside either side of the bed, and there were no USB charging ports available either. We had planned to use the leisure centre, but both the sauna and steam room were out of order. To make matters worse, reception never answered the phone despite us calling several times during our stay. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
