Poor very poor heating & damp on a morning

− The heaters didnt warm the property it was damp the widows have failed hence after the 1st night we both snded up with flu / chest infectiins
We had a very enjoyable stay, no problems, peaceful location. I would say though the check out time 10.30 was I thought

Cozy little place which makes for a good base of operations to travel around the Skegness coast.
8.0Property had functional facilities, including toiletries, kitchen, and tv. Even has board games for families but I didn’t use them. Good location, plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways, and a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. Also very close to public transport, only half an hour to Skegness.
− No provided towels both for bathroom and kitchen, so make sure you bring your own, or there’s a convenience store down the road.

10.0Very clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable, plenty of room for parking, everything was perfect, definitely be booking again.
