9.0Struttura pulita e comoda. Ha lasciato anche cialde x caffè e colazione molto apprezzate. Sapone x lavarsi e asciugamani tt ok in abbondanza ed anche prodotti x cucina. Molto pulita la struttura.
− Coperta di letto 1 piazza e mezza piccola x 2 persone e cuscini piccoli. Tv non collegate via cavo(1 era collegata a Netflix) ed utilizzabile, altra non collegata e non utilizzabile(host disponibile quando contattato) . Luci di stanza da letto collegati solo gli abajur(sufficienti ma era meglio se anche le principali fossero collegate)

10.0Bern é uma cidade linda, com pessoas educadas e prontas para ajudar. A localização onde ficamos é proximo a vários acessos do centro, e, os transportes funcionam pontualmente. A feirinha de Natal principal foi uma experiência incrível, tudo bem organizado. Os parques que conhecemos o Rosengarthen e Elfenau, mesmo em dezembro, são maravilhosos! Marco que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso, receptivo e nos forneceu boas indicações. Esperamos retornar para conhecer mais de Berna.❤️

2.0− Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben Ihre Wohnung vom 09. bis 11.12.2025 bewohnt und teilen Ihnen mit, dass wir sehr unzufrieden waren. Zunächst konnten wir die Wohnung nur betreten, nachdem eine Nachbarin uns die Haustür geöffnet hatte, da ein Haustürschlüssel nicht verfügbar war. Die angebotene Alternative, die Wohnung durch die Terrassentür zu betreten war beschwerlich, da sehr eng. Außerdem war das Schloss nicht in Ordnung und musste immer wieder mit einem Schraubendreher befestigt werden. Wegen dieser Unsicherheit konnten wir keine Wertsachen in der Wohnung lassen. Weiterhin war kein Besteck vorhanden und das WLan funktionierte nicht. Schließlich hat jemand in unserer Abwesenheit die Wohnung betreten, was sicher auch in der Schweiz nicht zulässig ist. Wir erwarten daher, dass Sie uns wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten die Hälfte der Miete erstatten. Wir werden Booking.com entsprechen informieren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ulrike und Albert Romberg
