孩子們的房間第一晚遇到棉被不乾淨，導致過敏一整晚沒有睡好，隔日要求換床單後才好一些；除了衛生以及處理問題態度，以這個性價比算CO值高高的飯店
6.0− 告知有備註嬰兒用品，態度散漫，還回應booking都會被吃備註，這應該不是一個專業人士會回覆客人的話，應該是馬上提供服務～
