10.0We arrived really late like 01 due to traffic, in the middle of the night - I was too tired to understand the lockbox (this was entirely on me), I called the host and he showed up and got us into the apartment and offered us water and food if we needed it, as we were traveling with children Even though our stay was short, we really impressed with the level of comfort in the apartment - it was clean, well decorated and really comfortable This was service beyond expected, I can only give Casa Bella the very best recommendations
