1.0部屋はリフォームが入ったのか共有施設よりは綺麗 レースカーテンもないのに視線避けの柵や木々が少なく、カーテンを開けて日差しを入れると外から丸見えなのは気になる
− 温泉施設が全て遠い。宿泊施設と併設した温泉には露天もないし、清潔さに欠けるので30分足らずで出ました。露天がある施設まではかなり歩くし日帰りの方と一緒なのでもはや別物 食事処で待たされる。場所が確保できたら通達する方式を取ったらどうか？夕食どきに15分も待たされて不快 従業員の連携が取れているのかも疑問だった ホスピタリティも全く感じられなかった。チェックアウトの際金額をあけすけに記載した領収書を見せられ(宿泊料は事前決済済みなのに、)モタモタと入湯税の会計を始めたのが一番不快だった。 会計を濁して伝えている場合もありますよね？少しでも考えてくださればそのようなことはなかったと思う シャトルバスも1時間に一本だし歩ける距離じゃないのでタクシー必須、アクセスも悪いです。 ちょっと残念なところが多かった。料金の半分ほどのサービスだと思いました。
