8.0Les extérieurs (jardin et terrasse). Le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de douche. Parking privé.
− La vétusté de certains équipements (prises électriques dans les salles d'eau), manque de vaisselle pour 4, chaises et parasol pour terrasse de l'étage, prévoir planche à repasser, frigo vieillissant...
