Clean Hotel with good service and great view
8.0Location, view, room and amenities, staff service, pool. Morning Jeep safari to the jungle
− Noisy expansion work was done throughout the day. Some bathroom fittings were a loose. Restaurant service was very slow. No other indoor activities except the swimming pool.

9.0Staff friendliness, hotel cleanliness, food quality was all top notch. Everyone was warm and hospitality was amazing.
− The swimming pool could be maintained a bit better. We went in July and I thought the pool wasn't as clean as I'd want it to be. However I did see people using the pool. It looked good too. But I didn't want to risk it with and 8yo who wanted to use the pool.

Great location and stay loved it!
9.0The location, the restaurant the food were all awesome. The property and rooms were very clean and staff well behaved.
− The bed sheets had stains in them and could be better, the towels in the swimming pools looked old and didn’t want to use them. There was a smell in the rooms could be better. The manager onsite was unpleasant , while the staff was very accommodating and made the experience good.
Best possible way to relax and enjoying a stunning location
10.0Views unmissable - the view of the falls is even better than in the pictures. Rooms very comfortable and stylish, staff super kind and helpful. Food very good.
